2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes:  Nominating Committee Meeting, 4/7/26 
3. Slate of Officers – The Nominating Committee members will discuss and potentially vote to recommend a slate of officers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary) to the Cape Cod Commission for the Commission’s consideration at a future meeting for the term beginning July 1, 2026.  
4. Adjourn
