Virtual Pro-forma Hearing

A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Description: The Applicant proposes partially demolition a 94-year-old structure to allow for a vertical addition. The existing gross floor area is 2,151 sf and the proposed gross floor area is 2,689 sf.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.
