TIP Amendment #3: Public Comment Open through April 13
The Cape Cod Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a list of transportation projects to be implemented with federal and state funds available to Cape Cod. The Cape Cod Federal Fiscal Year 2020-2024 TIP was approved by the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) on May 20, 2019.
At their meeting on March 23, 2020, the MPO voted to released Draft TIP Amendment 3 which would adjust funding in the TIP for the Bourne Belmont Circle Traffic and Multi-modal Improvement project and the Orleans Stormwater Improvements along Route 28 project. The draft amendment is available at: www.capecodcommission.org/tip
The MPO voted to accept public comment on the draft amendment through April 13, 2020. The MPO is expected to consider endorsement of the draft amendment at their next meeting. The next MPO meeting is anticipated to be held at 1:00 PM on April 27, 2020. Please visit https://www.capecodcommission.org/meeting-notices for the latest information on MPO meetings.
