On-Site Workshops: New at OneCape 2019

New this year, three different mobile workshops provided participants a behind the scenes look at local projects that are changing the way we plan, adapt, and meet community needs.  

One group traveled to the Aquacultural Research Corporation in Dennis, the largest producer of shellfish seed in New England.

A trip to the Chatham Marconi Maritime Center highlighted Chatham’s purchase and historic renovation of the historic complex into a museum, education center, and newly converted affordable housing, highlighting the unique ways these historic buildings have been re-used.

A walking tour of the Cold Brook eco-restoration site in Harwich showed a project that when complete, will enhance nearly a mile of stream and over 44 acres of adjacent wetland habitat.
