Project Location: Town of Barnstable, with offshore export cable landing at Covell’s Beach and onshore export cable terminus at existing substation in Independence Park, Hyannis
Project Description: Construction and operation of the portion of the Vineyard Wind Connector Project located within Barnstable County, which Project is intended to connect to and serve the proposed approximately 800 megawatt Vineyard Wind offshore wind project; offshore export cables located within Barnstable County waters, the onshore duct bank and associated onshore export cables within existing rights of way, and the proposed onshore substation.
