Bourne’s Local Comprehensive Plan was adopted at Special Town Meeting on October 29, 2019 and will be reviewed by the Commission pursuant to Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section IV of the Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan regulations.
