Overview
The Public Participation Plan (PPP) sets up the process by which the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) solicits public involvement and cooperative decision-making as part of the transportation planning process. The MPO strives to share information and collect ideas through public meetings and other strategies in order to improve the planning process and the Cape Cod transportation system.
The Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization voted on September 19, 2022, to endorse the amended Public Participation Plan. The PPP amendments include the addition of virtual participation procedures, measures of effectiveness, and incorporates the latest US DOT Title VI updated guidance. July 2022 Public Meeting
A virtual meeting was held on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 5:00 PM to provide the public an overview of the 2022 PPP update and provide an opportunity for public comments.
