Project Description: Pursuant to Section 5 of the Cape Cod Commission’s Enabling Regulations Governing Developments of Regional Impact, the CPR will consider a draft Development of Regional Impact Scoping (DRI) decision for the Project, and as necessary, potentially vote its recommendation to the full Cape Cod Commission on said DRI Scoping decision. The Project involves redevelopment of the Project Site with the installation of a 4.5 megawatt ground mounted photovoltaic array.
