Mashpee Commons - Notice of Intent to Enter into a Development Agreement

A Notice of Intent to Enter into a Development Agreement was submitted by Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership pursuant to Section 5 of Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provisions for Development Agreements, Barnstable County Ordinance 92-1, as amended.  The Notice of Intent relates to land of approximately 186.67 acres in the Town of Mashpee, including land currently occupied by the so-called “Mashpee Commons” development addressed as 22 Steeple Street, Mashpee, MA 02649.
