Project Location: Astrid Way and Maxwell Lane, Sandwich
Project Description: Request to extend the Project’s DRI permit, for good cause shown, an additional five years pursuant to Section 7(c)(xiv) of the DRI Enabling Regulations. The rights under the DRI decision are set to expire on December 21, 2016. The DRI decision approved a 19 building lot residential cluster subdivision, with a 27.42 ac. +/- open space lot, on 40.2 ac. +/- of land. Much of the infrastructure and mitigation for the Project has already been completed.
