Project Description: Proposed construction of an approximately 91,885 square foot, two-story athletic field house containing an indoor ice rink; indoor turf field; indoor swimming pool; locker rooms; batting cages; fitness, training and rehab areas; food and concessions; community meeting space; sports-related museum; accessory retail pro shop; office; and child care areas, together with ancillary site improvements on an approximately 8.29 acre, industrially-zoned undeveloped site.
