Project Description: Mayflower Cape Cod LLC filed a request with the Cape Cod Commission to modify the 1998 Development of Regional Impact decision for the Cape Cod Mall. The Committee on Planning and Regulation considered the request pursuant to Section 13 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Development of Regional Impact. The Applicant proposed certain changes to the site and to the Mall building on the eastern portion of the Property; the proposed changes to the Mall building are within its existing footprint.
