The subcommittee will review and discuss the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The subcommittee may vote to make a recommendation (s) to the full Cape Cod Commission on the proposed Project.

- Project Applicant: Vertex Towers, LLC
- Property Owner: Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River
- Project Location: 481 Quaker Rd, North Falmouth, MA 02556
- Map/Parcel: Map 12, Block 05, Lot 001-010
- Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 120-foot-tall monopole for wireless cell service, within 48 ft by 58 ft fenced compound.
