Virtual Pro-forma Hearing

A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: Quaker Road Monopole (CCC File No: 24011)
- Applicant: Vertex Towers, LLC
- Property Owner: Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River
- Location: 481 Quaker Rd, North Falmouth, MA 02556
- Map/Parcel: Map 12, Block 05, Lot 001-010
- Description: The applicant is proposing a new 120-foot-tall monopole for wireless cell service, within 48 ft by 58 ft fenced compound.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
