CAPE COD HOSPITAL, NEW TOWER ADDITION
Tuesday, January 21, 2020
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cape Cod Commission Office, Ocean Room, 3225 Main Street (Route 6A), Barnstable, MA 02630 on the following Project, which has been referred to and is being reviewed by the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. This is a continued hearing from Thursday, January 9, 2020.

- Project Applicant: Cape Cod Hospital
- Project Site/Location: 27 Park Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 (Map 28 Parcel 52.1)
- Project Description: Proposed multi-story building addition at the southwest corner of the existing Cape Cod Hospital building, with associated site work and improvements. The addition is proposed to house, among other hospital uses, a new cancer center.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also be submitted at the hearing, or delivered or mailed to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O.
