Agenda

Welcome and Overview – Cape Cod Commission (Commission) staff and Consensus Building Institute (CBI) staff will welcome participants, facilitate introductions, and provide an overview of the meeting agenda.

Current Climate-Related Work on Cape Cod – Cape Cod Commission staff will provide a presentation on past and current climate planning efforts, as well as climate work the Commission intends to undertake in the future. Participants will have an opportunity to provide feedback to staff on a timeline of proposed climate-related activities on Cape Cod.

Small Group Discussions – Participants will work in small groups to discuss planning priorities, concerns, and barriers to moving climate adaptation and mitigation actions forward in the Cape Cod region.

Next Steps – Participants, Commission staff, and CBI staff will have an opportunity to discuss what priorities should be taken for the climate initiative on Cape Cod
