AGENDA: Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Bylaws and Regulations Committee

1. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: January 8, 2020 
   
2. Discussion with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust (Trust): MassDEP staff and Trust staff will discuss project eligibility for State Revolving Fund loans and methods by which subsidies may be provided by the Cape Cod & Islands Water Protection Fund (Fund) Management Board, as it relates to development of draft regulations for the Fund and eligibility for funding under those regulations.  
   
3. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting. 
   
4. Adjourn
