- Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 8/8/2025
- Revenue Estimates for Islands Towns: PFM Group Consulting will review the methods, assumptions, and estimates of 5-year review projections for 2026-2030 from Dukes and Nantucket counties communities.
- Financial Model Scenarios for Possible New Fund Membership: Cape Cod Commission (Commission) staff and PFM Financial Consultants will review potential scenarios for providing subsidy to the town of Oak Bluffs based on estimated future project projections and past water quality improvement projects. Commission staff will provide an update on communications from Dukes County municipalities regarding other future project projections. The Executive Committee may vote to make a recommendation to the Management Board on possible amendments to the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (Fund) regulations to provide guidance to new member communities joining the Fund.
