Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 1/9/2025
3. Draft 2025 Clean Water Intended Use Plan Projects: Executive Committee members will discuss projects listed on the Draft 2025 Clean Water Intended Use Plan (“IUP”) published by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (“MassDEP”) on January 31, 2025, and anticipated future funding through the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust State Revolving Fund program. The Committee may vote to submit comments to MassDEP on the draft IUP.
4. Town by Town Project Summary: Executive Committee members will discuss and may direct Commission staff to provide a brief summary by Town of the progress being made to date and planned in the future to address wastewater and water quality issues 
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
