Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 5/1/2023
3. Clean Water Intended Use Plan Projects: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide updates on revisions to the methodology for calculating subsidies for 2021 and 2022 Clean Water Intended Use Plan projects and review costs associated with Cape Cod projects submitted for inclusion on the 2024 Clean Water Intended Use Plan.
4. Communication with State Administration Regarding Fund Revenue: Executive Committee members will discuss prior and potential future communication with Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and the Cape and Islands Legislative Delegation regarding the need for additional revenue to the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
