2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 1/21/2026

1. Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Implementation (CEDS) and Barnstable County Economic Development Council Engagement (BCEDC): Cape Cod Commission staff will discuss an ongoing process to identify strategies to better support CEDS implementation in collaboration with the BCEDC and other regional partner entities.  
2. Construction Disruption Assistance: The Barnstable County Economic Development Council will discuss a potential study to respond to the impacts to businesses as a result of wastewater and sewer construction projects on Cape Cod.
3. Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Annual Action Plan: Cape Cod Commission staff will review, and BCEDC members will discuss, the draft year 3 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Action Plan. The BCEDC members will provide feedback on projects they are interested in prioritizing in the draft year 3 action plan.
4. Member Reports: Council members will report on recent economic development activities they are involved in related to the Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Action Plan.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
