Note: The meeting will be held virtually with members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

1. Roll Call/Attendance 
2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 11/13/2024  
3. 2024 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Implementation: Kara Galvin, Executive Director of MassHire Cape and Islands Workforce Board, and Tammi Jacobsen, Director/Chief of Workforce Development Office at Cape Cod Community College, will discuss workforce training opportunities offered by their organizations and anticipated future training needs and programs. Council members will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss opportunities to advance the workforce development goal of the 2024 CEDS. 
4. Member Reports: Council members will report on recent economic development activities on Cape Cod, as appropriate. 
5. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
