AGENDA: Barnstable County Economic Development Council

1. Call to Order
2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: September 6, 2019 Nominating Committee meeting, June 6, 2019 Barnstable County Economic Development Council meeting
3. Fiscal Year 2020 License Plate Grant Program: Staff will summarize the License Plate Grant application process, proposals received for both Major Grants (up to $150,000) and Micro Grants (up to $10,000), and grant award recommendations from the Grants Subcommittee. Members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council will discuss the proposals and vote on the Subcommittee recommendations.
4. Establishment of an Executive Committee: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will discuss and vote to establish and appoint members to an Executive Committee responsible for administrative functions of the Council.
5. 2020 Meeting Schedule and Potential Alternate Members: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will discuss and potentially vote on (1) a meeting schedule for 2020; and (2) whether to amend the appointment process to allow for alternate members to the Council.
6. Cape Cod Commission Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
7. Member Reports: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will report on any recent economic development activities.
8. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
