AGENDA: Barnstable County Economic Development Council

1. Call to Order 
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: September 6, 2019 Nominating Committee meeting, June 6, 2019 Barnstable County Economic Development Council meeting 
3. Fiscal Year 2020 License Plate Grant Program: Staff will summarize the License Plate Grant application process, proposals received for both Major Grants (up to $150,000) and Micro Grants (up to $10,000), and grant award recommendations from the Grants Subcommittee.  Members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council will discuss the proposals and vote on the Subcommittee recommendations.  
4. United States Army Corps of Engineers Draft Major Rehabilitation Evaluation Report and Draft Environmental Assessment for the Cape Cod Canal Highway Bridges: Staff will discuss draft documents that recommend the replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges in Bourne, MA. 
5. Establishment of an Executive Committee: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will discuss and vote to establish and appoint members to an Executive Committee responsible for administrative functions of the Council.   
6. Fiscal Year 2020 Meeting Schedule: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will discuss and potentially vote on a Fiscal Year 2020 meeting schedule. 
7. Member Reports: Barnstable County Economic Development Council members will report on any recent activities involving Economic Development. 
8. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
