- 35 Scudder Residential Community Development Agreement: The subcommittee will conduct a public hearing on the following project:
- Project: 35 Scudder Residential Community (CCC No. 20065)
- Project Applicants: Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC
- Project Location: 35 Scudder Avenue Barnstable (Hyannis), MA 02647 (Assessor’s Map 289 Parcel 110)
- Project Description: Proposed residential development of approximately 312 units with supporting improvements and amenities to be located on a portion of the property, which is currently occupied with a golf course
Anyone wishing to testify orally on any aspect of the proposed project, including but not limited to the staff drafted Development Agreement will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also be submitted by email prior to the hearing to regulatory@capecodcommission.org.
4. Review and discussion of draft development agreement for the 35 Scudder Residential Community: Subcommittee members will discuss and potentially make further findings on the 35 Scudder Residential Community project located at 35 Scudder Avenue, Barnstable (Hyannis), MA 02601 (CCC No. 20065) in accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations including but not limited to the project’s consistency with the Regional Policy Plan, the Cape Cod Commission Act, the Town of Barnstable’s Local Comprehensive Plan, and local zoning. The subcommittee will review and discuss a draft development agreement (available at capecodcommission.org/ccc) and may vote whether to recommend that the Cape Cod Commission approve and authorize its signature to the 35 Scudder Residential Community Development Agreement.
