A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public meeting on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will discuss the Project and may vote recommend a draft Decision to the full Commission.

- Property Owner: Daniel B. Prawdzik, Trustee of the 146 Wings Neck Realty Trust

- Project Description: Construction of a wireless communication facility of a 120’ tall monopole style tower inside a 35’ x 70’ fenced compound with associated equipment.
