3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Announcement of Nominating Committee –The Chair will appoint a Nominating Committee consisting of three Commission members whose charge will be to select a slate of officers (Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary) for the Cape Cod Commission for a term from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 for the Commission’s consideration and vote at a future meeting.
5. Public Hearing: Wychmere Hotel Expansion: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) request pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and either approve or deny the proposed Development of Regional Impact.

• Project Location: 23 Snow Inn Rd Harwichport, MA 02646
• Map/Parcel: 8-P2 14 and 15 
• Project Description: The Applicant proposes to redevelop the existing hotel by razing the existing 32-room, +/- 34,860-sf hotel (2 buildings) and replace it with a new 80-room, +/- 82,660-sf hotel (one building). The proposal also includes a new wastewater treatment facility and updates to site parking and circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, and pedestrian infrastructure.
